Courtney M. McDonald, 22, of Ohio Ave., died Friday, July 6, 2012, at 12:27 a.m. at Columbus Regional Hospital Emergency Room. Courtney was employed at Four Seasons Health Care and was a member of Faith Ministries. The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Ministries with the Revs. Jarvis Cooper, Tony McClendon and Steve Millon officiating. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to time of service Tuesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Courtney M. McDonald memorial fund. Survivors include her mother of Columbus; brother, Christian (Kelley) McDonald of Columbus; sister, Britany McDonald of Columbus; niece, Zoe R. McDonald; and her fiancé, Robert Daniel Orndorff of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her father, Lorenzo McDonald.
