| | | Ruth Minor, 95, of Hodgenville, Kentucky, formerly of Columbus, died at 4:25 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2012 at Kensington Manor in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Mrs. Minor was a homemaker and a faithful member of Garden City Church of Christ.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from noon until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Garden City Church of Christ.
Born in Brown County March 31, 1917, Mrs. Minor was the daughter of Oscar and Effie Rose Rudolph. She married Harold C. "Bill" Minor July 14, 1937. He preceded her in death July 7, 2004.
Mrs. Minor is survived by her sons, Billy F. (Alice) Minor of Hodgenville, KY and Robert E. (Susan) Minor of Mesa, AZ; four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Minor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and brothers, Earl and Glen Rudolph.
