| | | Sandra Kaye Ball, 63, died April 22, 2009, at her home in Nevada, Iowa. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Nevada with visitation at 9:30 AM prior to the service. Burial will be in the Story Memorial Gardens in Ames.
Sandra was born August 26, 1945 at Casey, Iowa, the daughter of Lafayette Emmory and Holda Emma Morrison. She was united in marriage to Robert Ball, Sr. on June 2, 1993 at Omaha, Nebraska. Bob survives her. Sandra worked as a waitress and did housekeeping. She loved her grandchildren.
Survivors includes four daughters: Crystal (Marcus) Halveck of Nevada; Lori Hodson of Redfield, Iowa; Dianna Mallory of Waukee, Iowa; Tammy Randolph of Eagle Grove, California; two brothers: Eugene (Lynn) Randolph of Denver, Colorado; Raymond Randolph of California; two stepdaughters: Tami Simpson of Oak Harbor, Washington; and Audrey of Texas; four stepsons: Robert Ball, Jr. of Woodward, Iowa; Dwayne Ball of Hartford, Iowa; Michael Ball and Kenneth Ball of Branson, Missouri; 29 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Christina Marie.
Memorial may be given to the Sandra Ball Memorial Fund.
