Caskets Purchased Outside the Funeral Home

I am interested in pre-planning a funeral and am curious about the delivery of a casket bought outside the funeral home. My father-in-law is Jewish and needs to be flown from Las Vegas to Philidelphia to be buried within three days. How can I be sure that a casket will be delivered and ready on such short notice?
