| | | Tina M. Pollock, 46, of 21511 County Rd. 151, West Lafayette, O., died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, in Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center at West Lafayette, O.
She was born Oct. 30, 1962, at Coshocton, O., to Phyllis (Courtwright) Patterson of Plainfield, O., and the late Larry Gene Patterson.
A 1981 graduate of Ridgewood, she graduated in 1985 from Kent State with a bachelor of science degree in Criminal Justice and in 2003 from Muskingum College with a master's of teaching degree. She was a second grade teacher at West Lafayette Elementary and was a licensed social worker for 23 years.
She was a member of West Lafayette United Methodist Church and a member of Coshocton Foundation Leadership.
Surviving is her husband, Greg L. Pollock, whom she married April 26, 1986. Survivors include three sons, John Raymond Pollock, Jarrod Ryan Pollock and Jake Robert Pollock, all of the home; two sisters, Trudy Way and husband Fred of Wellsville, Pa., Tess Douglass and husband Eric of Quaker City; maternal grandparent, Donald Courtwright of Dover; father and mother-in-law, Butch and Sara Pollock of Newcomerstown; brothers-in-law, Rodney Pollock of Bridgeton, N.C., and Travis Pollock and wife Beth of Newcomerstown.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Tiffany Patterson, and grandparents, John and Mary Patterson and Marjorie Courtwright.
Services will be held at West Lafayette United Methodist Church on Friday, June 5, 2009, beginning at 11 a.m. Rev. Sue Chidley will officiate. Burial will take place in Fairfield Cemetery at West Lafayette, O. Visitation will be held in Addy Funeral Home at Newcomerstown on Thursday (today), June 4, 2009, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
