| | | Lois J. Belt, 64, of 104 W. Sixth St., West Lafayette, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, at her home.
She was born Oct. 1, 1944, in Cambridge, to the late Fred and Lillian Parks Robertson. Lois worked for JII in Coshocton and had been a waitress at L&K in Coshocton. She was a member of the West Lafayette Nazarene Church, where she was baptized Oct. 5, 2008.
She married Roger N. Belt on June 24, 1961, who died on Feb. 26, 2004.
She is survived by two sons, Darren Belt of West Lafayette and Nicholas (Shelley) Belt of Newcomerstown; three daughters, Tammy (Mark) Long of Newcomerstown, Pam (Chuck) Stull of Dover, and Darla Davis of Coshocton; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren, five great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and two sisters, Thelma (Charles) Untied of Frazeysburg, and Barbara of Coshocton.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Bryan Belt; two brothers, Gene Wolfe and Edgar Robertson; and a sister, Betty Sigman.
Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008, at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Lillo officiating. Burial will be in Plainfield Cemetery in Plainfield.
