Personalizing a Funeral Service

• Obtain biographical information.
  
• Contacting Social Security to begin the paperwork process.
  
• Help with the processing of any Life-insurance policies.
  
• If necessary contacting the Veteran''s Administration for any possible Veteran''s Benefits.
  
• Complete Death Certificate information, for a physician''s signature.
  
• Prepare obituary information for news release.
  
• Contacting various newspaper agencies to coordinate the placement of the obituary in their paper.
  
• If you wish we will contact a clergy or the person you designate to preside at the funeral rite.
  
• Arrange Special Services such as; Military Honors, Masonic, Eastern Star, Knights of Columbus, Grange etc.
  
• Contact the cemetery or place of disposition of your choice to arrange services.
  
• Contact the Florist of your choosing should you decide upon floral remembrances.
  
• If instructed contact a hair stylist.
  
• Arrange ground transportation from local airports to the funeral home for a family members service.
  
• Provide folding chairs to families should the request them for use at their place of residence.

     Any Merchandise that we offer may be selected to further personalize the funeral service of your loved one.
     
     Memorial Package Descriptions
     
     Package #3:
     This package includes the choice of either a white or green register book with gold leaf front. It also includes coordinating memorial folders, acknowledgments and 2 laminated obituaries.
                     
     Package #2:
     This package includes the choice of either a blue or rose suede register book; both are embossed with gold accents.  You may also choose (1) of two different memorial folders and from (1) of two acknowledgment cards to coordinate plus 2 laminated obituaries.
     
     Package #1:
     This package includes an embossed burgandy leather register book with gold insignia.  Plus a deluxe leather covered library box.  Your choice of (1) of three memorial folders, (1) of three acknowledgment cards and two laminated obituaries.
     
     For an additional cost:
     
     1. You may further personalize a memorial package by adding a color photograph to either the inside right of the memorial card selected or you may choose to have the color photo on the front of our embossed ivory memorial.  
        
     2. You may also purchase additional laminated obituaries.

     1. A bronze or blue colored protective-type casket.
        
     2. A Poplar Wood non-protective casket.

     The VALUE package includes the following:
             One of the following:
     
     1. A Blue,Gray or Sand colored 18Ga. Protective-type casket.
        
     2. A Solid Ash Wooden non-protective casket.
